By accessing and using URLde ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

URLde provides users with tools to shorten URLs, generate QR codes, and share text snippets. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that URLde assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the site or its content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the content, or to attempt to access any content that is not intended for you.

Enforcement: We actively monitor links created on our platform. Any links found violating these terms will be immediately disabled without notice, and the offending IP addresses may be permanently banned from using the Service.

When a user clicks a shortened link, they may be presented with a page displaying the destination URL before being redirected. This ensures transparency and helps prevent automatic execution of malicious scripts or misleading redirects.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. URLde expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
